Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Aide (PCA)

• Provide service to individuals in their home and community, who need assistance with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living. Responsibilities include providing services from personal care such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation, to light housekeeping, and transportation.
• Provide companionship including social interactions, conversations, gentle reassurance, and encouragement of activities that stimulate the mind.
• Ensure client's safety and security by supervising the home environment.
• Render service in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with Hosanna Home Care Services' policies and industry standards.  
• Observe clients and their environment and report behavior, physical, and/or cognitive changes.
• Follow the written care plan.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Minimum of six months of paid professional caregiver experience OR one of the following certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) is preferred 
• Current driver's license, state ID, or passport
• Social security card or birth certificate
• Proper vehicle insurance coverage (if transporting clients) 
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or GED 
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 25lbs
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
